After breast-feeding, apply a drop of milk or water to the inside of nipple protector cup and fit it so it adheres perfectly to your breast.

Before beast-feeding, when you remove the nipple protector cups, remove them delicately and wash your breast with water.

Wash the nipple protector cup with water and a neutral detergent before putting back in the pack. Rinse with water and dry again before using.
